摘要:在二氯甲烷溶剂中用双氧水氧化乳酸甲酯法是合成丙酮酸甲酯的重要方法,合成过程需要了解乳酸甲酯-二氯甲烷-水三元液液平衡数据。文中根据体系的特点,建立了高效液相色谱外标法定量分析乳酸甲酯的方法,进而采用浊点法首先测定了乳酸甲酯-二氯甲烷-水的三元液液体系在25℃和35℃下包线数据,然后测定了乳酸甲酯-二氯甲烷-水的三元液液平衡数据。对所测的数据进行了分析,发现由于乳酸甲酯分别与二氯甲烷和水互溶,因而在二氯甲烷总量不变情况下,水量的增加降低了二氯甲烷中乳酸甲酯的摩尔分数,对乳酸甲酯的氧化反应是不利的;同时,对所测的数据使用Aspen软件用NRTL方程进行关联,关联计算结果与实验数据一致。
One method of preparing methyl pyruvate is that methyl lactate is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide using solvent of dichloromethane, and the liquid-liquid equilibrium data of methyl lactate^dichloromethane-water are necessary to this synthesis way. According to the property of this equilibrium system, the method for quantitative analysis of methyl lactate was established by high performance liquid chromatography with external standard, and the enveloping line data of methyl laetate-dichloromethane-water ternary liquid-liquid system were determined at 25 ℃and 35 ℃ respectively by cloud point method. On that basis, the data of methyl lactate-dichloromethane- water ternary liquid-liquid equilibrium system were determined. From analyzing the measured equilibrium data, it shows that due to methyl lactate being mutually soluble with dichloromethane and water, the increase of water reduces the number of methyl lactate in dichloromethane with the total amount of diehloromethane unchanged, which is harmful to the oxidation reaction of methyl lactate. The experimental data were con'elated by NRTL equation with Aspen Plus software, and the calculated results agree well with the experimental results.
