摘要：借鉴Hummels和Klenow（2005）的实证研究方法,利用2002~2013年中国农产品出口欧盟市场的HS-6位贸易数据分析了中国农产品出口欧盟市场的二元边际。研究发现：中国农产品对欧盟市场的增长主要源于扩展边际。在此结论基础上,利用中国农产品出口欧盟市场的主要的十个成员国家的面板数据,分析了不同因素对二元边际的影响作用：欧盟市场的农业生产率、农业劳动力占比的提升有利于我国农产品对欧出口的二元边际的提升,但进口国农业经济规模对我国农产品出口的二元边际具有反向作用;欧盟从发展中国家的进口占比提高利于集约边际的提升,而欧盟进口农业原材料的比重提高却不利于扩展边际的提高。基于实证研究的结论,提出了提高出口农产品竞争力等政策建议,以期进一步扩大我国农产品对欧盟市场的出口。
Based on the decomposition method of Hummels and Klenow（ 2005）,this paper studies the dual margin of China＇s agricultural export to EU by using the 6- digits level trade data of the Harmonized System from2002 to 2013,and finds that the growth of China＇s agricultural export to EU mainly stems from the extensive margin. On this basis,this paper analyzes the factors which influence the agricultural export to EU by using the panel data of the top 10 importers in EU. We obtain that the promotion of agricultural productivity and proportion of agricultural labor force benefits the dual margin of China＇s agricultural export to EU,while the scale of agricultural has negative effects on dual margin. The proportion of the import value from developing countries has positive effects on the promotion of intensive margin,while the proportion of imported raw materials is not conducive to increasing the extensive margin. Based on the conclusions of empirical research,we propose some suggestions,such as improving the competitiveness of the exported agricultural products,in order to expand the export of agricultural products to EU.
