摘要：产品适老化的好坏直接影响老年人的使用体验和生活品质的提升,随着我国人口老龄的全面化和新老年群体需求的转变,对产品适老化设计方法的研究非常必要和迫切。在分析目前新老年需求特征的基础上,以红外理疗仪这一典型老年康养产品为例,在模糊QFD研究框架下,应用感性工学理论和模糊层次分析法,测量、排序、筛选老年人的感性要素进而转译为产品设计特征,识别关键适老化设计特征,为红外理疗仪适老化设计提供方向和依据,探索并完善适老化设计方法,提升产品体验和可用性。
The quality of suitable design for the elderly directly affects user experience and promotion of life quality.With the comprehensive aging of China’s population and the requirement transformation of new elderly groups,the research on suitable design for the elderly was very necessary and urgent.This paper analyzed the requirement features of the modern elderly.An infrared physiotherapy instrument,a typical elderly health product,was taken as an example to measure,sort,and filter the perceptual elements of the elderly and then translate them into product design features under the framework of fuzzy QFD using systematic integration of perceptual engineering and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.This provided design direction and accordance of infrared physiotherapy equipment suitable for the elderly.It aimed to improve product experience and usability.
