摘要:针对地下水中常见的三氯乙烷(TCA)和二恶烷复合污染的去除问题,在升流式厌氧反应器中构建零价铁-厌氧活性污泥耦合体系,深入研究了耦合体系对TCA和二恶烷的降解特性,并对降解动力学及菌群多样性进行了分析,探究了耦合降解机制。研究表明,耦合体系极大地提高了TCA和二恶烷的降解率,使之分别达到97.5%和92.0%,且降解过程符合准一级反应动力学。TCA通过零价铁还原脱氯生成氯乙烷。最后通过研究零价铁腐蚀产物与微生物菌群结构得到了耦合降解机制。
In consideration of the removal of common co-contamination of trichloroethane(TCA) and dioxane in the groundwater, a zero-valent iron (ZVI)-anaerobic sludge combined system in an upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor was established. The degradation characteristics of the combined system for TCA and dioxane were studied. The degradation kinetics and bacterial diversity to explore the combined mechanism of degradation were analyzed. The results showed that the combined system improved the biodegradation rate of TCA and dioxane significantly with removal percentages of 97.5 % and 92.0 %, respectively,and the degradation of the dioxane-TCA complex was consistent with first-order reaction kinetics. Chloroethane (CA) was generated from TCA through reductive dechlorination of ZVI. The ZVI corrosion products and microbial community structure were studied to elucidate the combined mechanism.
