摘要:应用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对菠菜粉和蘑菇粉中微量镉的含量进行测定。菠菜粉和蘑菇粉经HNO3+H2O2微波消解体系消解后,采用磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,灰化温度为900℃,原子化温度为1350℃,镉含量在0~2ng/mL范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9994,检出限为0.02mg/kg。该法测定结果的相对标准偏差小于4%(n=6),加标回收率为96.7%~103.2%。
A method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion was applied to determination of cadmium content in spinage powder and mushroom powder. The samples were digested by closed - vessel microwave HNO3 + H2O2 digestion system. NH4H2PO4 was used as the matrix modifier. Ashing temperature and atomic temperature were 900℃, 1 350℃, respectively. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration ranges of 0 - 2 ng/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0. 999 4. The detection limit was 0. 166 ng/mL, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were no more than 4%. Recovery of spiked samples was 96.7% - 103.2%.
