摘要：建立了驱蚊蚊帐中有效溴氰菊酯的提取和高效液相色谱分析方法。以异辛烷与1,4-二氧六环(体积比为4∶1)为溶剂提取驱蚊蚊帐中的溴氰菊酯,采用正相色谱条件,色谱柱为LiChrosorb Si60 150mm×4.6mm,流动相为正己烷-1,4-二氧六环(体积比为95∶5),波长236nm,流速1.3mL/min,紫外检测。实验证明溴氰菊酯在0.8～500mg/L的质量浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,蚊帐中溴氰菊酯加标回收率为99.66%～101.42%。
A method for rapid determination of deltamethrin ih mosquito-curtain by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The deltamethrin in mosquito-curtain samples were extracted by a mixture of v（hexane）：v（dioxane）=4：1. The HPLC operating conditions were LiChrosorb Si60（150 mm × 4.6 mm） as column, v（hexane）：v（dioxane）=95：5 as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.3 mL/min and UV detector wavelength at 236 nm. The linear range of standard curve was 0.8-500 mg/L. Recoveries of deltamethrin in mosquito-curtain was 99.66%-101.42%.
