摘要:以十二内酰胺为单体,采用两段式水解聚合工艺合成聚十二内酰胺(PA 12),考察了两段聚合工艺条件以及不同种类的催化剂和相对分子质量调节剂对PA 12的重均相对分子质量(Mw)及其结构与性能的影响。结果表明:较佳的水解聚合工艺条件是以200 g十二内酰胺单体为基准,水的加入量为40 g,己二酸的加入量为0.8 g,高压段反应温度为280℃,高压段反应时间为3 h,常压段反应温度为260℃,常压段反应时间为1.5 h,得到的PA 12的Mw为4.4×104,与工业化PA 12相当;当己二酸或醋酸的加入量相同时,得到的PA 12的Mw相当,结晶温度、熔点和相对结晶度几乎相同,但己二酸催化得到的PA 12的热稳定性稍优,作为催化剂和相对分子质量调节剂,己二酸略优于醋酸。
Polylaurylamide( PA 12) was synthesized by using laurolactam as the monomer by two-stage hydrolytic polymerization process. The effects of the two-stage polymerization conditions and the varieties of catalysts and relative molecular mass regulators on the weight average molecular mass( Mw),structure and properties of PA 12 were investigated. The results showed that the Mwof the obtained PA 12 reached 4. 4 × 104,equal to that of industrial PA 12,under the rational hydrolytic polymerization conditions as followed: 40 g water and 0. 8 g adipic acid added into 200 g laurolactam,reaction temperature and time 280 ℃ and3 h at high pressure stage and 260 ℃ and 1. 5 h at atmospheric pressure stage,respectively; the obtained PA 12 exhibited the equal Mwand almost the same crystallization temperature,melting point and crystallinity as adipic acid or acetic acid was added in the same dosage; and adipic acid as the catalyst contributed better thermal stability to PA 12,which was better than acetic acid as a catalyst and relative molecular mass regulator.
