摘要:为了研究不同湍流数值模拟方法对多级离心泵性能预测的适用性,分别采用雷诺时均法(标准k-ε)、大涡模拟法(LES)和分离涡模拟法(DES)对具有相同结构参数的MD450-60×4多级离心泵内流场进行三维模拟,得到对应的计算扬程和水力效率。再根据经验公式将预测的水力效率转化为泵的运行效率,通过预测值与实验值的平均误差对比结果发现,标准k-ε、DES和LES湍流模型的扬程平均误差分别为14.91%、3.88%和4.41%,效率平均误差分别为7.82%、3.14%和2.86%。因此DES和LES模型计算的结果均满足多级离心泵数值模拟的精度要求。
In order to study the applicability of the turbulence simulation method for performance prediction of a multistage cen-trifugal pump,Reynolds Average Navier-Stockes simulation ( Standard k-ε) , Large Eddy Simulation ( LES ) and Detached Eddy Simulation(DES) were used to simulate the flow field of the MD450-60 ×4 multistage centrifugal pump,and the predicted hy-draulic efficiency was transformed into pump’ s operation efficiency by using empirical equations.The average head error of Stand-ard k-ε,LES and DES turbulent model is 14.91%,3.88%and 4.41%respectively,and the average efficiency error of Standard k-εLES and DES turbulent model is 7.82%,3.14% and 2.86% respectively.By comparing the numerical results and experi-mental ones,the results obtained from DES and LES show acceptable agreement.
