摘要：关于科技型中小企业生命周期的研究有很多,但是如何对其各个阶段进行科学的划分,一直是学者关注比较少的方面。通过对上海265家科技型中小企业的实证调查,最终得出了一个量化的划分标准,此标准由企业注册年限、销售额增长率、产品结构3个指标构成。
There are many studies about Technology--based small and medium enterprises, but there is few scholars concerning about how to divide each stage of growth. This paper gets a quantitative divided standard base on the 265 Technology--based SME of Shanghai. Our standard is constituted by three indicators： age of company growth rate of sales, product structure.
