摘要：公共图书馆绩效涉及多要素、空间效应及时空动态变化。本文采用因子分析和空间计量经济方法,对中国大陆31个省域公共图书馆绩效进行综合测评、区域差异及影响因素的时空动态变化研究。结果发现:2007-2012年中国各省域公共图书馆绩效存在显著的正向空间相关性及非均衡性;区域人口的高等教育程度、科技论文数量及创新能力对省域公共图书馆绩效具有重要影响。各省域应通过加强公共图书馆人员、信息、技术交流及馆际合作,充分发挥空间溢出效应,来提升省域公共图书馆的资源利用效率和服务水平。
Performance of public library involves many elements such as spatial effects and dynamic changes. Applying the methods of factor analysis and spatial econometrics, this article makes a research on comprehensive performance measurement, regional differences and influence factors of 31 domestic provincial public libraries. The results show that the overall performance levels of the provincial public libraries in China from 2007 to 2012 are significantly and positively spatial correlated and unbalanced; the higher education level of the librarian, the number of scientific papers and the innovation ability have very important influence on the public library performance. Therefore, it suggests provincial public libraries strengthen communication and inter library cooperation of librarians, information and technology, give full play to its spatial spillover effects, and promote the resource utilization efficiency and performance levels.
