摘要:采用临界粒径(dpc)和沉积概率(γ)两个概念,研究了错流超滤中膜污染的机理,并假设只有小于dpc的粒子才会以一定的沉积概率堵塞膜孔,形成沉积层,从而造成膜通量的衰减。在此基础上,建立了膜污染速率与沉积速度之间的函数关系,导出了两参数渗透动力学模型。结果表明:模型获得的膜通量计算值与实验值的平均误差为4.15%,模型能较好地描述错流超滤中的渗透通量随时间的变化规律。
The mechanism of membrane fouling during ultrafiltration was studied.By introducing the conception of critical particle diameter (dpc) and depostion probablity (r),we asume the the decreasing of permeat flux is due to the pore blocage and the formation of deposition layer, which are only frmed by deposition velocity is formulated, and a theoretical model with two parameters is developed to describe the time-depend decline of permeat flux with the average deviation of 4.15%.The study indicate that the model is in good agreement with the experimental data during cross-flow ultrafiltration in literatures.
