摘要:采用兽疫链球菌(Streptococcus zooepidemicus)进行分批补料发酵生产透明质酸(HA)。结果表明:采用葡萄糖初始浓度为4%,分批补加葡萄糖,使其浓度控制在2%,可使HA的产量达到3.4g/L,平均分子量2.45×106Da。若加入0.75g/L尿苷一磷酸,HA的产量可提高20.6%,达4.1g/L,平均分子量2.87×106Da。
Optimization of the fed-batch fermentation process of hyaluronic acid (HA)produced by Streptococcuszooepidemicus was studied. The initial concentration of glucose was 4% and then was controlled at 2% by feeding. Theyield of HA was raised to 3.4g/L and the average molecular weight was 2.45×106Da. When the initial medium supplementedwith exogenous uridine monophosphate, the yield of HA reached 4.1g/L and the average molecular weight was 2.87×106Da.
