摘要:对自主开发的铁基复合粉末多孔管的传热性能进行了研究。实验得到在水中的强化传热达到光管的2.4~3.7倍;在酒精中强化传热达到光管的8.7~12.1倍。并在此传热性能测试的基础上,综合分析了沸腾传热强化的原理。
Heat transfer characteristics of the recently- developed sintered porous coating tubes with ferrous composite powder was investigated in this paper. Experiment results show that the boiling heat transfer coefficient was increased by about2.4--3.7 times with water and 8.7--12.1 times with alcohol. The mechanism of heat transfer enhancement was analyzed based on this experimental research.
