摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing aminoglycoside-antibiotic molecularly imprinted polymer, comprises dissolving template molecules in pure water, adding crosslinking agent, methanol solvent and azobisisobutyronitrile, ultrasonically vibrating, blowing nitrogen gas, and heating to obtain white solid polymer, grinding, adding hydrochloric acid-methanol, heating and refluxing, filtering, washing and drying, dissolving the polymer in concentrated hydrochloric acid, heating and refluxing to elute the template molecule in the polymer, filtering, washing and drying, precipitating using acetone, and washing and drying. USE - The molecularly imprinted polymer is useful in extraction of aminoglycoside antibiotics (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method performs high-selectivity enrichment of aminoglycoside antibiotics by a produced solid phase extraction column. The imprinted polymers are high in antibiotic extraction recovery rate, and suitable for sample pretreatment of detection of aminoglycoside antibiotics in animal derived food. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aminoglycoside-antibiotic molecularly imprinted polymer, comprises: (a) dissolving 1-5 mmol template molecules (streptomycin) in 10 ml pure water, adding 4-20 mmol functional monomer (carboxylic acid non-covalent compound), mixing the template molecule and the functional monomer, then adding 15-90 ml crosslinking agent (compound of polyene or acrylic ester structure) and 20-100 ml methanol solvent, and then adding azobisisobutyronitrile, ultrasonically vibrating to obtain solution, uniformly mixing, blowing nitrogen gas, placing the reaction liquid in 60 degrees C water bath and stirring and heating at a speed of 1000 revolutions/minute, and obtaining white solid polymer, and (b) grinding the obtained white solid polymer through 75 meshes sieve, adding 4 M hydrochloric acid-methanol in a volume ratio of 1:1 in a round bottom flask, heating and refluxing for 72 hours, vacuum extracting and filtering, washing with water and methanol, drying in an infrared oven, and then dissolving the polymer in concentrated hydrochloric acid in a volume ratio of 7:3 in a reaction kettle, heating and refluxing for 30-80 minutes to elute the template molecule in the polymer, vacuum extracting and filtering, washing and drying, precipitating using acetone for three times to remove particles with small particle diameter, and washing and drying to obtain the aminoglycoside-antibiotic molecularly imprinted polymer.
