摘要:对微波萃取、索氏提取和超临界二氧化碳萃取除虫菊酯的效果进行了比较 ,结果表明微波萃取法具有萃取时间短 (约 2 0 0 s) ,提取率高 ,溶剂用量少 (约 2 4 0 m L) ,产物品质好 ,色泽浅等优点。用经改造过的家用微波炉作主要设备 ,对微波萃取除虫菊酯可用的溶剂和连续微波辐射时间进行了考察。最终选用正己烷为溶剂 ;在微波辐射总时间相等和操作温度低于溶剂沸点的情况下 ,每次连续微波辐射时间越长 ,提取率和提取物中除虫菊酯的含量越高。
Compared with Soxhlet method and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, microwave extraction of pyrethrins is a rapid method (about 200 s) with less solvent consumption (about 240 mL), higher yield and better product with light color. A reconstructed home microwave oven is used as the main equipment. The results showed that hexane is the proper solvent in microwave extraction of pyrethrins. Under the same total extraction time, while the operating temperature is keeped lower than the b.p. of the solvent, the longer continuous radiation time per operation unit, the higher the yield and the higher the content of pyrethrins.
