摘要:合成了6个结构为(RCSCSR′)_2Nj的镍铬硫代双烯型红外激光调Q、锁模染料。它们的最大吸收波长在930~1455nm。对1064nm激光获得满意调Q,脉宽3~6ns;对1079nm及1340nm激光进行锁模,脉宽40ps及90~100ps。
Six near IR dyes with general formula(RCSCSR)2Ni were synthesized.The maximum IR absorption wavelengths of these dyes are between 930nm to 1 455nm.The results of using the dyes as the passive Q-switching for Nd:YAG laser were satisfactory.Their pulse width are 3~6ns.The Mode-locking by 1079nm and 1340nm laser were also successful,the pulse width are 40ps and 90~100ps.
