摘要:对两台投用不久就发生断裂的海水泵叶片进行了断裂失效分析。两台泵的叶片均采用了奥氏体不锈钢铸件,其中一台的叶片材料为304不锈钢,使用4个月发生断裂;另一台的叶片材料为316L不锈钢,使用仅10天就发生断裂。分析结果表明,叶片制造中存在较多的铸造气孔,导致运行中从气孔处很快萌生了疲劳裂纹,最终因疲劳裂纹扩展造成了断裂失效。
Fracture failure of blades for two seawater pumps was investigated.Blades of the two pumps are all austenite stainless steel castings.The blade made by 304 stainless steel fractured just working for four months.While the other made by 316L stainless steel fractured only working for ten days.Result shows that air holes produced in the process of casting became the origin of fatigue cracks which eventually led to the blades fracture.
