摘要:With the integration and high power of electronic devices and the rapid development of 5G and new energy, more and more applications are required for materials with good flexibility, mechanical properties and multi-functional properties. In this study, we adopted a hierarchical design reassembly strategy to fabricate high thermal conductivity (33.27 W/m·K), excellent EMI SE (63.0 dB), and good mechanical properties (tensile strength 44.5 MPa, toughness 13.8 MJ/m3) polyamide composite film. The top layer of the composite film is a graphene/graphene oxide film (GNP/GO) as the thermal conductivity and EMI shielding layer. The base layer of the composite film is a commercially available polyamide mesh to improve mechanical properties. And a dense Ni layer is deposited on the polyamide fabric through the process of electroless nickel plating, which improves the EMI shielding performance. The WPU cladding is further coated on the nickel-plated polyamide fabric to protect the cladding and bond the top and base layers at the same time. In addition, the practical application of the film in the fields of thermal management and electromagnetic shielding is also demonstrated by application experiments. ? 2022, The Authors.
