摘要:NOVELTY - An artificially compounded alpha -interferon isomer is separated by mixing polyethylene glycol (PEG, 5-26 wt.%), inorganic or organic acid or their salt (7-28 wt.%) and water (balance), standing to obtain two-aqueous phase system where the upper layer is a solid phase and lower layer is liquid phase, and performing high-speed counter-current chromatography at 600-1200 rpm. USE - Method of separating artificially compounded alpha-interferon isomer (claimed).
