摘要:目的 :提出简便易行的对指纹图谱间相似程度进行量化评价的方法并开发用户友好的应用软件。方法 :直接从中药指纹图谱的检测、数据出发 ,采用相关系数与距离系数对任意两张图谱间的相似度进行量化评价和比较。结果 :对 9个丹参提取物的红外图谱的相似度分析结果与实际情况相符。结论 :本文提出的方法可良好地反映红外图谱之间的相似程度 。
Objective: To provide an easy and feasible method of quantitative analyzing fingerprints and develop client friendly application software. Methods: On the basis of detection data of traditional Chinese drug fingerprints, quantitative commentary and comparison were carried out on the similarity of two spectra with two indices coefficient of correlation and coefficient of distance. Results: The analysis result of the nine IR spectra of extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge was accordant with that of the experiments. Conclusion: The method supplied in this paper can satisfactorily reflect the similarity of different IR spectra, as well as other kind spectra with further implementation.
