摘要：NOVELTY - The method for quickly preparing intercalation type vermiculite superfine powder body by using ball-grinding process uses vermiculite raw ore as raw material and adopts the following steps: pulverizing vermiculite raw ore by using fluid jet mill, uniformly mixing the pulverized raw material with intercalation agent (quaternary ammonium hydroxide) and deionized water according to a certain ratio, grinding for a certain time in ball-grinding machine, water-washing, drying and pulverizing so as to obtain the intercalation type vermiculite superfine powder body. The vermiculite crystal-face interlaminar distance is extended to about 4.5nm.
