摘要：韩国韩医药虽起源于中国传统中医药,但得益于韩国政府的韩医药扶持政策和法律制度,注重与现代社会其他领域的交叉合作,形成有别于中国和日本的韩医药产业。以《韩医药育成法》为核心的韩医药育成法律制度,不仅涵盖范围广、制度设计科学严谨,而且其法律规定透明协调,对我国《中医药法》立法,特别在与现有法律制度的协调一致和保持透明性方面,以及各级政府部门之间的协商和协助义务方面具有重要借鉴意义。
Although the Korean Medicine originated from the Traditional Chinese Medicine,it is different from the Traditional Chinese Medicine industry and the Traditional Japanese Medicine industry because of the policy and legal system made by Korean government,as well as the Korean government＇s attention to the cooperation with other areas in modern society. The Korean Medicine and Pharmaceutics Promotion ACT is the core of Korean medicine legal system,which is not only widely covered but also scientifically and rigorously designed. What＇s more,coordinating with other law system. It could use for reference to the traditional Chinese medicine law,especially the parts of coordinating with other laws,keeping transparency and negotiating and assistance between the government departments.
