摘要:为了克服原油电脱盐过程中高压电系统复杂、设备体积相对较大、维护困难的缺点,以旋流分离技术取代高压电脱盐技术,结合混合溶盐技术,构成旋流脱盐新工艺,在8.0Mt/a常减压装置上建成处理量为3.0m^3/h规模的旋流脱盐工业侧线实验装置。对旋流脱盐器的雷诺数(Reynolds number)、欧拉数(Euler number)、压降比等无量纲参数进行了实验研究,找到了参数的相互关系。当进口雷诺数在5000~5800范围内时,采用该装置可将原油中盐的质量浓度从8mg/l降低到3mg/l以下,水的体积分数从5%~8%范围降低至0.40%(平均值)以下。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of electrical desalting system, such as complicated system, larger equipment volume and difficult to maintain, the complex high tension electricity system, a new process for desalting of crude based on hydrocyclone technology was designed. An industrial sidetrack desalting tester with a desalting capacity of 3.0 m^3/h by hydrocyclone in 8.0 Mt/a crude-oil distillation unit was set up. The effects of several dimensionless units, such as Reynolds number, Euler number, and pressure drop ratio were studied. Under the Reynolds number of inlet ranging from 5000 to 5800, the water volume fraction in crude oil was decreased from the range of 5%--8% to less than 0.40% and the salt concentration was reduced from 8 mg/1 to below 3 mg/l after handled.
