摘要：坚持和加强党的全面领导,坚持党要管党、全面从严治党,是新时代高校发展的必然要求,也是社会主义一流大学建设的坚强保障。该文通过分析高校干部监督工作的形势要求以及高校干部队伍监督面临的问题短板和监督困境,探索高校干部队伍监督的方向和着力点,通过各种有效路径加强对干部监督工作的精准发力,最终提升大学的治理效能。
Adhering to and strengthening the Party's overall leadership,and insisting that the Party should supervise its own conduct and run itself with strict discipline,is the inevitable requirement for the development of universities in the new era and a strong guarantee for the construction of first-class socialist universities.This paper analyzes the current situation and requirements of cadre supervision in universities,and the shortcomings and difficulties faced by cadre supervision in universities,explores the direction and focus of cadre supervision in universities,and strengthens the targeted implementation of cadre supervision through various effective paths,in order to enhance the efficiency of university governance by strengthening cadre supervision.
