摘要：运用文献资料法等,对城市中央体育区的特征及开发策略进行了分析和探讨,提出了城市中央体育区的资源优化整合、特色支撑、逐级开发和动态升级策略。
Through using the method of literature investigation, the features and development strategy of Center Sports District is discussed in this paper. It presented resource optimization in- tegration strategy, characteristics support strategy, gradual development strategy and dynamic upgrade strategy to Center Sports District development.
