摘要:超临界流体CO2技术与传统萃取方法相比具有萃取能力强、收率高、有效成份不被破坏、没有溶剂残留等优点。本研究以阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精为壁材,将超临界分离的液体花椒油直接转变成固体粉末,从而有效地阻止花椒油的挥发、氧化和霉变。
Supercritical fluid extraction technique have many advantages, such as better extraction capability, higher yield, no destruction to active constituent and no solvent remains, as compared with traditional extraction method. The Arabic gum and maltodextrin were selected as the wall-material. Zanthexylum oil extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid was encapsulated into microcapsules to prevent from volatilization, oxidation and mildew.
