摘要:采用晶种法制得纳米ZSM-5(Ⅰ)分子筛及微米ZSM-5(Ⅱ)和ZSM-5(Ⅲ)分子筛,缩短了ZSM-5分子筛的合成周期,利用XRD、NH_3-TPD、N2吸附-脱附、TG和SEM等方法对3种分子筛进行表征,考察了3种ZSM-5分子筛应用于甲醇制芳烃反应的催化性能及催化稳定性。表征结果显示,纳米ZSM-5(Ⅰ)分子筛具有较大的比表面积和总孔体积,纳米晶粒堆积产生的晶间介孔具有更大的容碳空间。实验结果表明,在400℃、0.15 MPa、甲醇WHSV=1.9 h^(-1)的条件下,纳米ZSM-5(Ⅰ)分子筛的芳烃和BTX(苯、甲苯和二甲苯)选择性最高,分别为38.4%和31.1%;纳米ZSM-5(Ⅰ)分子筛表现出较好的催化稳定性,在甲醇转化率降至70%时,催化寿命是另2种分子筛的近2倍。
A series of ZSM-5 samples with varied crystal size, namely ZSM-5(Ⅰ), ZSM-5( Ⅱ ) and ZSM-5( Ⅲ ) were synthesized by the crystal seed-induced method, which shortened the crystallization time. The ZSM-5 samples were characterized by means of XRD, NH3-TPD, N2-adsorption, TG and SEM. It was showed that nanocrystalline ZSM-5(Ⅰ) had larger specific surface area and smaller crystal size. The catalytic performances of the ZSM-5 samples in methanol to aromatics were investigated. Under the conditions of 400℃, 0.15 MPa and WHSV 1.9 h-1, the synthesized nano-ZSM-5(Ⅰ ) exhibited the highest selectivities to aromatics(38.4%) and BTX(benzene, toluene and xylene)(31.1%). Meanwhile, the lifetime of nano-sized ZSM-5( Ⅰ ) was almost twice of the other micro-sized ZSM-5 when the conversion of methanol decreased to 70%.
