摘要:为实现苯乙烯过热蒸汽高温管道用Incoloy 800HT合金国产化,验证国产Incoloy 800HT合金性能特点,进行了国产与进口Incoloy 800HT镍铬铁合金的对比研究。通过金相显微镜、显微维氏硬度、高温拉伸试验、持久试验等方法,对比分析了两者显微组织和高温性能的差异。结果表明,进口材料与国产材料均为奥氏体组织,进口材料包含大量孪晶界;国产材料孪晶比例低,同时析出相沿轧制方向呈带状分布;两种材料的硬度水平相近。高温性能测试显示,进口材料的高温拉伸强度要优于国产材料。国产材料的持久强度相比进口材料偏低,但考虑到低载荷下持久强度高于API 530要求,故国产材料基本满足使用要求。
In order to realize the localization of Incoloy 800HT for styrene superheated steam high temperature pipes and verify the performance characteristics of domestic Incoloy 800HT,a comparative investigation of domestic and imported Incoloy 800HT was conducted.The differences in microstructure and high-temperature properties of the two materials were compared and analyzed by means of metallographic microscopy,micro-Vickers hardness,high-temperature tensile testing,and stress-rupture testing.The results show that both the imported material and the domestic material are austenitic,and the imported material is composed of a large number of twin boundaries,the twins ratio of domestic material is low and the precipitation phase is distributed along the rolling direction.The hardness levels of both are similar.High temperature performance test shows that high temperature tensile strength of the imported material is better than that of the domestic material.In the stress-rupture test,the creep-rupture strength of the domestic material is relatively low.But the creep-rupture strength under low load is higher than that required by API 530,therefore domestic materials basically meet the requirements of use.
