摘要:《易制爆危险化学品储存场所治安防范要求(GA1511-2018)》明确了实验室存放易制爆危险化学品的治安防范要求,如防盗门、防盗锁、视频监控等,在满足治安防范要求的同时,易制爆危险化学品还必须要符合安全存放的要求。通过对易制爆危险化学品的治安防范要求、存放禁忌、温度、湿度、防爆要求进行分析,明确实验室安全存放易制爆危险化学品的要点,并从使用化学品安全技术说明书获取安全信息、合理布置储存场所在实验室的位置、危险源辨识与风险评估、以二维码为基础的易制爆危险化学品在校期间全生命周期管理、化学品调剂平台增加易制爆危险化学品使用效率、配齐应急与防护物资以应对意外情况等方面提出加强实验室易制爆危险化学品安全管理的建议。
The document of public security requirements for storage sites of potential explosives by chemosynthesis(GA1511-2018) clarifies the security requirements for laboratory storage of potential explosives by chemosynthesis,such as burglary-resistant door, burglary-resistant lock and electronic surveillance equipment, etc. The safety storage requirements must be met simultaneously. Analysis was made on aspects of public security requirements,storage taboo,temperature,humidity and explosive-proof based on GA1511-2018 to clarify the key aspects of safety storage of potential explosives by chemosynthesis. Suggestions on use of Safety Data Sheet for Chemical Products(SDS) to acquire safety information,locating properly the storage site of potential explosives by chemosynthesis in laboratory,identification of hazards and evaluation of risks,total life cycle management of chemicals based on QR codes in campus,chemical online exchange platform to improve the efficiency of use of potential explosives by chemosynthesis,and equipping the emergency and personal protection equipment were given to strengthen the safety management of potential explosives by chemosynthesis in laboratory.
