摘要：上海是我国工业发展历史最悠久,工业门类最齐全的老工业城市。从1842年上海开埠以来到现在,历经160多年的上海工业,其布局形态与空间结构在不断演变。尤其是改革开放以来,随着市场经济体制的逐步建立,在土地市场化改革、城市发展战略调整和级差地租作用等影响下,上海市工业空间结构呈现出内环线以内以都市型工业为主,外环线以外远郊地区以资本密集型的重化工业为主等的空间演变格局。上海城市工业布局演变的历史,在一定意义上是中国大城市尤其是沿海大城市社会经济变迁的历史。
Of the cities in China,Shanghai is an important city with a long history of industrial development and has the most numerous industrial categories in China.Shanghai＇s industry has experienced 160-year changes since the first trading port opened in 1842 in terms of its layout and spatial structure.Especially since the Reform and Opening-up in China and with the establishment of the market economy plus the influence of land-market reform,the strategic adjustment of urban development and differential land rents,the spatial changes of Shanghai＇s industry find expression in the urban industrial evolution within the Inner Ring and the heavy industry in the capital-intensive Outer Ring.The evolution history of Shanghai＇s industrial layout,in a sense,mirrors the socio-economic changes in metropolitan cities of China,especially in the coastal cities.
