摘要:研究了异丙醇铝在不同的溶剂相中进行水解反应制备纳米Al2O3的前驱体AlOOH。以聚乙烯醇作为模板剂和热处理条件下,前驱体转相为纳米Al2O3,并自组装成球形纳米Al2O3聚集体。TEM和SEM观察结果表明,纳米Al2O3粒径为20nm左右,球形聚集体从100nm至3μm。
NanoAl2O3 precursors AlOOH were prepared by hydrolysis of Aluminium isopropoxide in different solvent phases, which were transformed into nanoAl2O3 and selfassembled to nanoAl2O3 congregates by using polyethylene alcohol as template and under heattreatment conditions. NanoAl2O3 with the particle size of about 20 nm and congregates with the particle size range of 100 nm~3 μm were determined by TEM and SEM, respectively.
