摘要:NOVELTY - Bisphenol A epoxy resin, organic monounsaturated carboxyl acid, organic diacid, catalyst, and polymerization inhibitor are open-loop esterified. When reaction system turns transparent, temperature is maintained until acid value is less than 30 mgKOH/g. When temperature is lower than 110 degrees C, cross-linked monomer and inhibitor are added. When the temperature is lower than 60 degrees C, remaining inhibitor, alkyd resin, and promoter are added. The temperature is reduced and reaction mixture is filtered, to obtain modified cycloethylene ester resin of alkyd resin. USE - Manufacture of modified cycloethylene ester resin of alkyd resin for resin castings. ADVANTAGE - The method stably provides modified cycloethylene ester resin of alkyd resin which form resin castings having excellent tenacity, rupture elongation rate, impact strength, and bonding strength, by a simple and eco-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bisphenol A epoxy resin (in wt.%) (30-50), organic monounsaturated carboxyl acid (6-10), organic diacid (5-12), catalyst (0.05-0.25), and polymerization inhibitor (0.01-0.05) are placed in a reactor, the temperature is gradually increased to 120-160 degrees C by stirring in nitrogen atmosphere, and open-loop esterification is carried out. When the reaction system turns transparent, the temperature is maintained until the acid value is less than 30 mgKOH/g. When the temperature is lower than 110 degrees C, cross-linked monomer (30-45) and a little amount of polymerization inhibitor are added and stirred. When the temperature is lower than 60 degrees C, the remaining polymerization inhibitor, alkyd resin (2-5), and promoter (0.5-4) are added and stirred. The temperature is reduced to room temperature and the reaction mixture is filtered, to obtain modified cycloethylene ester resin of alkyd resin as amaranth transparent adhesive liquid.
