摘要:以环氧扩链剂ADR-4368CS为增容剂,采用熔融共混制备了不同质量配比的聚乳酸/聚碳酸酯(PLA/PC)共混物,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、核磁共振仪(NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)以及拉伸和冲击测试等,分析了ADR对PLA/PC共混物的流变性能、相形态、热性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,PLA/PC中加入ADR能有效提高共混物界面黏结力,促进了共聚物的生成,相容性得到改善,且共混物黏度提高;SEM显示,ADR的加入使PC分散相尺寸减小,PC分布均匀;DSC测得加入ADR后,体系中PLA分子链运动更加困难,结晶能力降低。材料韧性明显改善,尤其对于B50,断裂伸长率与冲击强度分别为163.9%和72.9 J/m。
The epoxy chain extender ADR-4368CS was used as a compatibilizer and introduced into polylactide/polycarbonate (PLA/PC) blends via melt blending. The effect of ADR on the rheological properties, the phase morphology, mechanical and thermal properties of PLA/PC blends were studied by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and tensile and impact test. The results indicated that the addition of ADR effectively improved the interfacial cohesion of blends, prompted the copolymer product, improved the compatibility between PLA and PC and increased the viscosity of the blend. SEM showed that the addition of ADR led to the decrease of sizes and a uniform distribution of PC phase. DSC illustrated that the crystallization ability of PLA decreased due to the restriction of PLA chain mobility. Furthermore, results of mechanical tests showed that the toughness of the blend was improved significantly, and especially elongation at break and impact strength of B50 were 163.9% and 72. 9 J/m respectively.
