摘要:采用压力微反装置,利用纯烃原料,考察了在不同硫含量环境中,Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3。重整催化剂的中毒情况。原料油含一定浓度的硫化物时,Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3催化剂的活性随反应时间的延长而降低,用纯氢在一定温度下处理后,催化剂的活性可基本恢复。以不同原料研究了硫对重整催化剂芳构化、脱氢、异构化和加氢裂化活性的影响。硫对正构烷烃重整的异构化反应选择性影响显著,宜在硫含量尽量低的气氛中操作。在较高温度下,硫对甲基环己烷的脱氢芳构化反应影响不明显,但在较低温度时选择性急剧下降,芳构化产率明显降低。温度对裂解副反应的影响比硫更为明显。
The sulfur poisoning of Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3 reforming catalyst under different sulfur content environ- ments has been investigated with a pressurized microreactor system by using pure hydrocarbon as feed- stock. With a feed containing certain amount of sulfur compound, the activity of the catalyst lowers with increasing reaction time but can be essentially recovered by treatment with pure H_2 at certain tem- perature. The effect of sulfur on aromatization, dehydrogenation, hydroisomerization and hydroc- racking activities of the catalyst has been studied with different hydrocarbon feedstocks. Sulfur signifi- cantly affect the isomerization of normal hydrocarbons, thus the reforming operation should be con- ducted under the lowest sulfur content environment. Under higher temperatures, the effect of sulfur on the aromatization of methylcyclohexane is not obvious; but under lower temperature, the selectivi- ty is rapidly reduced with a remarkable drop of aromatization yield. As for hydrogenolysis, the effect of temperature is greater than sulfur.
