摘要:文章主要是研究了对苯二甲酸和1,4丁二醇的单酯化反应动力学。该酯化的反应级数是通过初始速率法测得的。该反应应用的催化剂是丁基锡酸和钛酸四丁酯。实验结果显示对苯二甲酸的反应级数是根据催化剂的不同而在2到0.7之间变化的。反应活化能和速率常数也分别被测得。
Reaction kinetics were presented for the esterification of terephthalic acid with 1,4-butanediol to form monohydroxybutyl terephthalate. The orders of the esterification for terephthalic acid and 1,4-butanediol were determined by initial rate method. The results showed that the order of reaction for terephthalic acid shifts from 2 to 0.7 as the catalyst changes from butylhydroxyoxo-stannane to tetrabutyl titanate, however, the order of reaction for 1,4-butanediol was 0.9 for the two catalysts. The activation energies and the reaction rate constants were also determined.
