摘要：文章从研究单本外文期刊出版发行的多元化发展出发,通过分析其在出版社网站上注册、第三方网站上注册、邮件激活注册信息这三种电子期刊开通身份认证方法的差异,发现由于开通不及时、IP填报空间有限、出版载体形态和发行途径的变化给期刊利用、财产管理和存储管理等带来了诸多问题。针对上述问题,提出建立个性化服务平台、定制合理刊价、加强馆内工作人员的相互协作等一系列适合高校图书馆单本外文电子期刊管理模式的对策和措施。
The paper, starting from the research on the diversified development of single foreign e-journal publication, analyzes differences among three methods of opening e-journal based on ID authentication -- registration on the publisher＇s site, that on a third-party site and e-mail activation. It finds that the opening of electronic journals is not timely, the space provided for IP address is insufficient, the changes of publishing form and distribution channels bring several problems to journal using, property management and storage management. So, the article also tries to find policies and measures of a single foreign e-journal that can be taken to find a management model which is suitable for university libraries, such as building personalized service platform, making reasonably journal price, and strengthening cooperation of librarians.
