摘要:对自行研制的FS系列新型丙烯腈催化剂在40ml流化床上进行了放大研究。得到了该催化剂应用的最佳工艺条件及其最佳制备条件。结果表明,FS系列催化剂催化活性超过进口工业催化剂水平。对FS催化剂的物性测试表明,FS催化剂的活性相主要是NiMoO_4和α相COMoO_4。
The scale-up of a new type FS system acrylonitrile catalyst prepared by the authors has been studied in a 40 ml fluidized bed. The optimum operating conditions and preparative conditions of FS system catalysts are obtained. The results show that the catalytic activity of FS series catalyst is comparable with that of foreigh commercial catalysts. The results of determination of the characteristics of FS series catalysts indicate that the active phase is mainly NiMoO and α-phase CoMoO_4.
