摘要:开发出了3 氨基口恶唑烷酮 2的碳酸二甲酸羰基化合成清洁工艺,并考察了催化剂、原料配比、反应时间以及反应精馏等多种因素对过程的影响,从而确立了较佳的工艺条件。
A clean synthetic technology of 3-amino-2-oxazolidone was developed by carbonylation reaction between dimethyl carbonate and 2-hydroxy-ethylhydrazine.In addition, many effect factors such as catalyst, reaction ratio,reaction time and reactive distillation etc on the process were also investigated. Based in these researches, the optimal process condition was determined.
