摘要:为了对裂纹合并方式进行系统性研究,以均质平板中非共线平行双裂纹为研究对象,基于Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman(GTN)损伤模型,结合试验,对双裂纹不同水平距离s(从0~1 mm)和垂直距离h(从0.4~2.0 mm)组合下,49个模型的合并方式进行研究。并以双裂纹水平距离s与裂纹长度a的比值为横坐标,双裂纹垂直距离h与裂纹长度a的比值为纵坐标绘制图形,对双裂纹合并规律进行了探索。结果表明:非共线平行双裂纹呈现出裂尖与裂尖合并、裂间与裂间合并以及裂尖与裂间合并3种合并方式,且各有特征。在以s/a和h/a为坐标绘制的图形中,3种裂纹合并方式有规律地分布在3个区域。在左上角h/a较大、s/a较小的区域发生裂尖与裂间合并,在右下角h/a较小、s/a较大的区域发生裂尖与裂尖合并,在中间区域发生裂间与裂间合并,可根据该图方便地确定裂纹合并方式。3种合并方式中,发生裂尖与裂尖合并的概率约占50%,发生裂间与裂间合并、裂尖与裂间合并的概率分别约占30%和20%。
In order to conduct a systematical study on the crack coalescence modes,taking non-collinear parallel double cracks as the research object,based on the Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman(GTN)damage model,and in combination with experiments,the coalescence modes of 49 models with the combinations of different horizontal distances s(from 0 mm to 1 mm)and vertical distances h(from 0.4 mm to 2.0 mm)in homogeneous plates were studied.Further,the ratio of horizontal distance s to crack length a was taken as the abscissa,the ratio of vertical distance h to crack length a was taken as the ordinate to plot the graph to explore the coalescence law of double cracks.The results show that the non-collinear parallel double cracks have three coalescence modes:tip to tip coalescing,inside to inside coalescing,and tip to inside coalescing.Each of the three coalescence modes has its own characteristics.In a graph drawn with s/a and h/a as coordinates,the three crack coalescence modes are regularly distributed in the three regions.In the upper left region where h/a is larger and s/a is smaller,the tip to inside coalescence occurs.In the lower right region where h/a is smaller and s/a is larger,the crack tip to tip coalescence occurs.In the middle region,the inside to inside coalescence occurs.The crack coalescence modes can be determined conveniently according to the graph.Among the three modes,the probability of the crack tip to tip coalescence accounts for about 50%;the inside to inside coalescence and the crack tip to inside coalescence account for about 30%and 20%,respectively.
