摘要：中国已经进入了老龄化社会,并且正逐步显现出高龄化的特征,老年人的长期照护需求急剧增长,但目前却没有良好的途径和渠道能够加以满足。因此,亟待建立起一种制度化的可持续的长期照护保障。本文在分析了当前家庭照料模式、商业长期护理保险模式和高福利的政府包揽模式的利与弊的基础上,详细分析了长期护理社会保险模式的优势及可行性,提出长期照护社会保险模式是有效满足我国老年人急剧增长的长期照护需求,提高老年人生活质量的现实合理的选择。
This article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the family care model, the commercial long-term care insurance model, and the model of the welfare system arranged by the government. At the same time, this article analyses the social insurance of the long-term care in detail. Based on the analysis above, we get its feasibility and strengths. This mode meets the demand of long-term care with the aged increasing dramatically and it is a reasonable way to improve the quality of life for the old.
