摘要:In this paper, the PWR spent fuel assembly is taken as the research object, and the finite element technology is used to carry out the structural integrity safety assessment of the spent fuel assembly under hoisting drop conditions. Based on ABAQUS, a three-dimensional finite element model of the spent fuel assembly with a bilinear elastoplastic strengthening model is established. Through data transfer technology, the implicit calculation results of the screw prestress are imported into the explicit analysis model as the initial state, and the drop analysis with the screw prestress is carried out. According to the obtained dynamic response results combined with the evaluation criteria, the safety evaluation of each structure inside the assembly is carried out. The results show that under the drop condition, although no failure strain occurs in the bottom nozzle, the equivalent plastic strain value is close to the failure strain value, which should be paid more attention to. The methods and conclusions of this paper provide a reference for the safety evaluation of the spent fuel transfer process and the drop analysis of other nuclear power equipment. ?
