摘要：本文从单位化社会体制解体的背景出发,概括了我国现阶段社会非组织化的若干特征,论述了民间社会服务组织在社会的再组织化方面扮演的角色和功能,通过考察国内外的经验,论证了社会工作机构在加强社会管理、改善公共服务、促进民间社会组织发展、提升社会组织化程度等方面的作用。
In light of disintegration of the work-unit based social institution, this paper summarizes the non-organizational characteristics of the current society. The role and function of the non-governmental social organizations in re-organizing the society are also analyzed accordingly. The author cites experiences from home and abroad to elaborate on the functions of social work departments in strengthening social administration, improving public service, promoting development of non-governmental organizations, and enhancing the degree of the organizational tendency in the society.
