摘要：The demand for elderly health education and health counseling is increasing and the quality of health services for the elderly needs to be improved. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect the elderly adults’ access to health education, and to establish the design method of related service system to improve the user experience. Research method: In this research a user journey map and an elderly user’s emotional experience map for the current health education service were drawn to find the pain points and the improvement suggestions.
