摘要:通过断口宏观形貌分析、金相分析和扫描电镜观察等方法对离心泵叶轮的断裂进行了分析。结果表明,叶轮的断裂属于多源疲劳断裂,在其断口上可观察若干疲劳源。叶轮由于安装不当在工作过程中与泵盖摩擦,其表面可观察到明显的摩擦痕迹。疲劳裂纹从多个疲劳源处发展并彼此相连,最终导致叶轮发生断裂。
By macroscopic morphology analysis, metallographic analysis and SEM observation, the rupture reason for centrifugal pump impeller was analyzed. The results show that the failure reason for the crack is multi-sources fatigue, and there are several sources of fatigue on the fracture surface. Because of the improper installation, the friction between impeller and the pump cover happens, which can leave obvious trace on the surface of impeller. The fatigue crack evolves from mult-sources and connects with each other, which can eventually cause the rupture of impeller.
