摘要：NOVELTY - To-be-purified mixture of tertiary alkyl (alcohol)ether is fed into a distillation column for hydrocarbon removal distillation, and/or extraction column. Hydrocarbon-containing distillate at top of distilling column, and tertiary alkyl (alcohol)ether-containing distillate at bottom of distilling column are collected. The material taken from side portion of distilling column is supplied to extracting column, extract liquor containing monobasic alcohol at bottom of extracting column is collected, and raffinate at top of extracting column is recycled. USE - Purification of tertiary alkyl (alcohol)ether. ADVANTAGE - The tertiary alkyl (alcohol)ether is economically purified. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - To-be-purified mixture of tertiary alkyl (alcohol)ether is fed into a distillation column for hydrocarbon removal distillation, and/or extraction column. Hydrocarbon-containing distillate at top of distilling column, and tertiary alkyl (alcohol)ether-containing distillate at bottom of distilling column are collected. The material taken from side portion of distilling column is supplied to extracting column, extract liquor containing monobasic alcohol at bottom of extracting column is collected, and raffinate at top of extracting column is recycled. The ether is obtained by carrying out etherification of 1C fatty monobasic alcohol or 1-2C fatty monobasic alcohol having moisture content of 1-15 wt.%, and isoalkene having 4 carbon atoms or more. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for apparatus for purifying tertiary alkyl (alcohol)ether.
