摘要:2-脱氧-L-核糖是合成L-核苷类抗病毒药物的重要中间体。笔者综述了2-脱氧-L-核糖的合成方法进展,重点介绍了以糖类及其衍生物为原料合成2-脱氧-L-核糖的方法。按照起始原料的不同,可分为:1)L-阿拉伯糖;2)D-木糖;3)D-半乳糖;4)L-抗坏血酸;5)D-葡萄糖酸-1,4-内酯。
2-Deoxy-L-ribose is the key intermediate in the synthesis of L-nucleosides. The various synthetic methods for the synthesis of 2-deoxy-L-ribose and their recent advances were reviewed, and synthetic methods were discussed in detail employing sugar or its derivatives as starting materials such as: 1 ) L-arabinose; 2) D-xylose; 3) D- galactose ; 4) L-ascorbic acid; 5) D-glucono-1,4- lactone.
