摘要：针对露营椅开发设计主要依赖生产企业和设计师的主观判断、设计方案与用户需求匹配度低、缺少科学量化的设计要素获取方法等问题,结合Kano-QFD与FBS模型,探索针对露营椅的创新设计方法。首先,通过用户访谈和调查问卷获取露营椅的初始用户需求,利用Kano模型得到用户需求类别及重要度;其次,基于QFD理论对用户需求进行量化分析,获取露营椅各项设计要求及权重;最后,将获得的关键设计要求导入FBS模型,完成露营椅功能要素到结构要素的映射转化,最终实现露营椅的创新设计。实践证明,结合Kano-QFD和FBS模型,能全面获取及分析用户需求,输出露营椅的具体解决方案,实现了用户需求到产品设计要素的精准映射,为展开露营椅创新设计提供一条新路径。
Aiming at the problems of camping chair development and design mainly depending on the subjective judgment of the manufacturer and designer,the low matching degree between the design scheme and user demand,and the lack of scientific and quantitative acquisition methods for design elements,this paper combines Kano-QFD and FBS models to explore innovative design methods for camping chairs.First,the initial user needs of camping chairs are obtained through user interviews and questionnaires,and the category and importance of these needs are determined using Kano model.Secondly,based on QFD theory,quantitative analysis is carried out to obtain the design requirements and weights of camping chairs.Finally,import the obtained key design requirements into FBS model,complete the mapping transformation from camping chair functional elements to structural elements,and finally realize the innovative design of the camping chair.Practice has proven that by combining Kano-QFD and FBS models,the designer can comprehensively acquire and analyze user needs,output specific camping chair solutions,achieve precise mapping from user needs to product design elements,and provide a new path for developing innovative camping chair design.
