摘要:针对新戊二醇生产控制系统的功能需求,采用SIMATIC PCS7系统完成了DCS的硬件组态、网络配置以及软件程序设计,使用WINCC软件设计上位机监控界面。在介绍新戊二醇生产工艺的基础上,设计了过程控制系统,重点实现了脱硫单元氨气流量控制的双回路切换。回路切换体现了程序的灵活性,使过程控制更加高效。该系统安全性好、运行稳定、易于操作管理,在保证生产安全及稳定性的前提下,可提高新戊二醇的产品质量和生产能力。
Focusing on the function requirement of neopentyl glycol production control system, hardware configuration, network configuration and programming design are implemented with adoption of SIMATIC PCS7 system. The upper PC monitor interface is designed with WINCC software. The control system is designed on the base of introduction of neopentyl glycol production process with realization of double circuit switching of ammonia flow control for desulfur unit. The circuit switching shows the program flexibility make the process control more efficient. With characteristics of good safety, stable running and simple operation management, the system can improve the product quality and production capacity under guarantee of safe and stable manufacture.
