摘要:构建了一种可同时对多个位点进行基因分型的新型通用探针连接酶检测方案.与普通的连接酶检测方案相似.具有灵敏度高和特异性强的特点.但降低了50%~90%的探针设计与合成成本。利用该方案对115例正常中国人的细胞色素P450系统的6个位点进行基因分型.样本测序与基因频率的统计学分析验证了该方案准确可靠。
Based on universal probe ligase detection reaction (Universal Probe LDR), a sensitive and specific technology for typing multi locus is developed. reducing 50%-90% the costs of design and synthesis. genotyped based on the novel method, and the results phisms of 115 Chinese people are also validated, and equilibrium. This method is similar with traditional I.DR, but Six locus of the human cytochrome P450 system are are confirmed with sequencing. The gene polymor the genotype analysis meets the Hardy-Weinberg
