摘要:通过羧基化纳米纤维素晶须(NCW)与溴代烷反应得到烷基化纳米纤维素晶须(D-NCW),再使其与反应型弹性体酯化剂POE-MAH接枝反应得到表面POE接枝的纳米纤维素晶须(POE-NCW)分散液;然后采用溶液浇铸法制备POE-MAH/(D)POE-NCW作为加工母粒,最后与PP熔融共混得到三元纳米复合材料。为表征改性前后NCW的形貌与性质,作者测试了复合材料的微观结构、结晶性能、热稳定性和力学性能。结果表明:NCW表面极性和在非极性溶剂的分散性有明显改善;POE-NCW与弹性体形成包覆结构,而D-NCW与弹性体相互独立且存在团聚现象。与空白组PP/POE及只添加D-NCW相比,PP/POE-MAH/POE-NCW的结晶性能、动态机械性能均有明显提高,拉伸强度及耐热变形温度在POE-NCW质量分数为2%时达到最佳,分别相对提升了60%和13℃。
Alkylation nano-cellulose whiskers( D-NCW) was obtained by alkylation reaction of the carboxylate groups on the surface of nanocellulose whiskers( NCW) to reduce the polarity of the NCW,then POE was surface grafted on the D-NCW to obtain POE-NCW dispersion by using elastomer as esterification agent. The PP/POE/POE-NCW nanocomposite was prepared by solution casting method. The morphology properties of modified NCWs were characterized.The microstructure,crystallization,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the PP/POE/POE-NCW composites were tested. The results showed that the morphology of the NCWs did not change significantly after alkylation and POE grafting while the surface polarity and its dispersion in nonpolar solvent were improved obviously. The POENCW and elastic body formed a cladding structure,and the D-NCW was independent of the elastic body and had agglomeration phenomenon. Comparing with the pure PP/POE composite and unmodified D-NCW,the crystallization properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the PP/POE/POE-NCW were improved. The highest tensile strength and heat-distortion temperature were achieved when 2% POE-NCW was added as the reinforcing fiber,where the relative improvement was 60% and 13℃,respectively.
